Booking a Party

Shareholders and Season Pass Holders may book pool parties.  You may book a two hour party before or after regular pool hours. (We do not offer Sunday morning parties.) The cost is $30 for Shareholders and $80 for Season Pass Holders. All parties are scheduled through our president, Trudi Rast.  You can call 919-738-7812 or submit the form below.

Pool Party Rules

​

1.  The member booking the party must be present throughout the entire party.

​

2.  All rules of the pool are to be followed during the party.

​

3. Parties can only be a maximum of 2 hours before (10am-12pm) or after normal operating hours. (8pm-10pm Monday -Saturday, or 6pm-8pm Sunday.)

4.  Pool hours are: Monday - Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-6:00pm

 

5.  No alcohol, fireworks or loud music allowed.

6. Max of 25 people in the pool per lifeguard.  If you are expecting more than 25 swimmers, additional lifeguards will be required for an additional $30.

7. It is your responsibility to clean up and remove the trash after your party.  

​

8. Shareholders should submit $30 fee in cash to the lifeguard. (Tips are accepted). Season pass holders should submit $80, $50 fee for use of the pool and $30 in cash to the lifeguard. Payment should be made at the start of the party. 

 

9. Lifeguards will blow the whistle 10 minutes before the end of the party in order for swimmers to exit the pool and dry off. Presents should be opened prior to this. Please clean up and take out trash after your party.

~Please make sure that if you have a morning party you clean up and clear out by 12:00pm. If guest(s) stay into opening hours they will need to pay a $5.00 guest fee.

~Please make sure that if you have an evening party you are prompt in cleaning up, before the last 10 minutes, and leaving the pool when the party is over.

10. Please be respectful of our guards and do not expect them to stay longer than the 2 hour party limit.
