Rules of the Pool

The pool hours are 12:00 PM till 8:00 PM daily except 1:00 PM till 6:00 PM on Sundays.

All shareholders and season pass holders should sign in at the gate upon entering the pool. Also, we will use the accountability system again this year. Look for your family tag on our tag board under the shelter. While at the pool, your tag should remain turned to indicate you are in attendance. Upon leaving the pool, turn your tag back to the original position.

All guests that you bring to the pool must be introduced to the lifeguard on duty. Shareholders will receive 15 free individual guest passes for the summer. The lifeguard will punch your family tag as you use these. After the free 15 passes are used, ALL guests will be charged $5.00 per person. Only babies (age 2 and under) will be admitted free of charge. Season pass holders will NOT receive any free guests passes and pay $5.00 for each guest.
*Members can only have a maximum of 5 guests per day.

Pool parties may be scheduled before or after regular pool hours. The cost for a party is $30 for shareholders and $80 for season pass holders. Schedule your party by completing the form on the "Booking a Party" link. If you encounter technical issues, you can contact our president, Trudi Rast at 919-738-7812.

No child under 12 years of age shall be left at the pool without the direct supervision of a person 16 years or older. If you use a babysitter for your child(ren) at the pool, please list his/her name(s). (Babysitter must be at least 16 years of age. Only one babysitter per visit, per day.) If a babysitter is with the adult shareholder or season pass holder, they are considered a GUEST and guest fees apply.

During the hourly break, those under 16 should exit the pool. Children will not be allowed to sit on the steps or dangle their feet in the water during break. The break is time for the lifeguard to have a break; he or she is not watching the pool during breaks.

Running, pushing, shoving, and horseplay are not allowed in or around the pool. Violators will be asked to sit out for a time.

Do not bring glass beverage containers to the pool.

Smoking is not allowed within the gate of the pool. Please step at least 20 feet from the gate to smoke.

Alcohol is not allowed on the property.

Nahunta Pool is NOT responsible for items left at the pool or lost. Please take all personal items home each day. We ask that you not leave noodles, floats, goggles, etc...
